Subarna Laudari holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management and has over seven years of experience in environmental consulting, administration, and infrastructure project support. He has contributed to EIA, IEE, and Preliminary Loss Assessment (PLA) studies and has extensive experience in socio-economic surveys, compensation assessment, and field coordination for major energy, hydropower, transport, and railway projects implemented under NEAC, the Department of Railway, and ADB-funded programs, supporting effective project governance and financial oversight.
