Dronacharya Parajuli, also known as Drona Parajuli, is a five-dimensional dynamic personality and prominent tech entrepreneur based in Kathmandu, Nepal, active in the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) sector since 2011. He currently serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Web Bank Nepal Pvt. Ltd., where he has led the delivery of over 1,000 websites, more than 12 software applications, 12 mobile apps, and 300 digital marketing services to clients across the country. Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, he has made significant contributions to social development, having served as General Secretary of Youth Civil Society from 2010 to 2015 and as Project Director of the Student Parliament in University, a initiative supported by the Canadian Cooperation Office (CCO). He is also the President of Project Bank Nepal, a national project portal initiative, and works as a researcher and innovator at the Project Research Innovation, Invention and Development Center (PRIIDE Center).
Academically, Dronacharya is pursuing an MPhil cum PhD program at Nepal Open University in Manbhawan, Lalitpur, with a current research focus on AI for State Automation to drive authentic development in Nepal. In the media and creative spheres, he produced and hosted a 25-episode talk show titled “The Project” on Annapurna Media Network and actively composes, writes, and sings developmental music (Bikashbadi Sangit) as part of his commitment to developmental literature and arts. His work spans five major sectors: ICT development, media for prosperity through platforms like Projectkhabar, research and innovation via PRIIDE Center, national project management through Project Bank Nepal, and artistic contributions in developmental music and literature. As of January 13, 2026, he has been elected as the Spokesperson of the Nepal Youth NGO Federation, further strengthening his role in youth empowerment and civil society leadership.
