Ms. Das has a particular interest in community-led development programs, and her involvement in women empowerment and Dalit activism underscores her commitment to inclusive social change. She specifically focuses on empowering Dalit community women to achieve economic freedom and predominantly develops programs from a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) perspective.
